Paparazzi photos published by TMZ show Spears, 42, wearing just a pair of shorts, with a blanket wrapped around her, clutching a pillow in her arms. According to a LAFD spokesperson, the paramedic crew departed the Chateau Marmont just over 30 minutes later at 1:17 a.m. with an empty ambulance, as no one required transport to a hospital.
